To confirm your book, you have to send us the rental contract and the rental conditions signed and approuved, by mail or by fax with the 25% inital deposit (optionnal cancel insurance in addition) to :

Payment can be made by euro cheque, bank transfer (information are on the contract) or credit card (write down credit card number, expiration date and the last 3 numbers on the back of the card on the contract).
The balance of payments will be paid the same way one month before your arrival.
As soon as we receive the letting documents and the initial deposit, we will confirm your book by by mail or email.

Animals are welcomed after our agreement.
The prices exclude the telephone charges.
At your arrival; you'll have to pay off the Tourist tax(0.75 euros per day per person older than 16) and the 2000€ guarantee deposit for the Chalet Beauvoir 12 or 300€ guarantee deposit for The Chalet Beauvoir 4 (deposit is doubled in case of animals).
